As a member of our unemployment fund, in the event of an unemployment or layoff, you can receive a daily allowance that is based on your previous earnings.
You may be eligible for unemployment allowance if you have become unemployed, been laid off, or are working part-time, and both the membership condition and the employment condition are met. You can read more about the statutory requirements on KOKO’s website.
In the event of unexpected unemployment or layoffs, you should follow the KOKO fund’s instructions. After you have completed the application and submitted the necessary paperwork, the fund will make sure that your earnings are secured, and the earnings-related daily allowance will make its way to your account.
In 2025 the annual membership of the KOKO Unemployment fund costs 63 euros or 5.25 euros per month.
In 2026 the annual membership of the KOKO Unemployment fund costs 69 euros or 5.75 euros per month.
