Transparent information about salaries in sales and marketing contributes to equal pay and, at the same time, equality in working life. We collect and share information on salaries in our business sectors to help you recognise your value and get the salary you deserve.

Welcome to our salary survey! Your answers will help us influence the employment and labour market situation of sales and marketing professionals, as well as their pay and career development. The results of the survey will also provide you with useful information about your own pay.

We have commissioned Aula Research Oy to carry out the survey on our behalf. It will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey. Please complete the survey by 25 January 2023 at the latest.

Your answers to our survey will be treated with complete anonymity, so you cannot be identified from your answers.

By responding you support mental health work

For every answer, we will donate one euro to the Finnish Central Association for Mental Health (up to a maximum of €3,000). The Finnish Central Association for Mental Health supports and promotes the peer support activities and NGO activities of its member associations as well as work to prevent mental health problems and substance abuse.
